Burns is currently seeking a Vice President of Corporate Developmentto join ourteam.

SUMMARY

The Vice President Corporate Development is responsible for driving enterprise value creation through disciplined inorganic growth in alignment with the Burns investment strategy. This role leads the endâtoâend mergers and acquisition lifecycle including target identification valuation financial modeling due diligence deal structuring and transaction execution working closely with Burns Executive Leadership OceanSound Partners stakeholders and external advisors. A critical focus of the role is ensuring that acquisitions contribute to sustainable EBITDA growth through strategic fit operational leverage and effective postâclose integration. The Vice President Corporate Development leads acquisition integrations to capture planned synergies align operating models strengthen financial performance and accelerate achievement of valueâcreation and exit objectives while maintaining momentum in a fastâpaced resultsâoriented environment.
