WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
The Aged Care Administration Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality person-centred services that help older people remain living at home. Working within a multidisciplinary team the role focuses on customer service data monitoring and ensuring compliance with aged care legislation program guidelines and quality standards.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
You will.
- Coordinate and support aged care programsto ensure services meet Commonwealth and State requirements includingaccuratedata collection reporting and compliance with funding and program guidelines.
- Manage administration and operational processes including site coordination workforce compliance casual pool management and supporting service improvements.
- Monitor analyse and report on program performance including referrals waiting lists activity targets and financial data to support planning and decision-making.
- Support staff capability and system usethrough coordination of trainingmaintainingup-to-date knowledge of program requirements and providing first-level system support.
- Ensure high-quality person-centred service delivery and continuous improvementincluding maintainingaccuraterecords supporting client access and advocacy managing feedback and complaints and contributing to quality and audit processes.
