Location: Remote (First week should in Trivandrum/Kochi Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agent-based AI systems as part of our enterprise Agentic AI initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on production-focused AI builder with strong architectural thinking and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions building scalable systems that transform data into intelligent actionable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based AI workflows and architectures
• Define and optimize prompt strategies tool orchestration and agent behavior
• Build deploy and manage AI services on GCP (Cloud Run Vertex AI)
• Establish and maintain MLOps best practices including:
  • Model and prompt versioning
  • Evaluation frameworks and guardrails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and system design
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) - OpenAI Gemini Azure OpenAI
  • Agent frameworks - LangChain LangGraph CrewAI
  • Integrations - MCP APIs tool orchestration A2A communication
• Proven experience in deploying AI solutions to production
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (GCP preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Knowledge of vector databases

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
