You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
  • Identify process improvement needs with department leads facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
  • Once improvements are done validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
  • Benchmark externally ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly you will help employees become a High Performance Leaders improve their CI mastery and build self sufficiency and autonomy across the Organization to consistently obtain World Class Results.

    Once improvements are done validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes

    The main task is to implement Mondelezs Integrated Lean Six Sigma operational excellence program at the site. Responsible for coaching the different pillars of the plant. Skills and Competences.

    Proven Successful Experience on TPM (JIPM) HPWS HPO WCM IWS Lean Manufacturing.

    Proficiency on CI Tools: Loss analysis RCA Root Cause Analysis-FishBone - 5w-1H - Makigami - SMED Yamasumi 8Ds A3 PDCA

    On the Job implementation of CI Methodologies.

    High Performance Leadership through the implementation of High Performance Working Systems.

    Results Oriented Team Alignment Influencing Others and Deep Analytic and Synthesis competences.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Process Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma (required). In-depth knowledge and practical experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement operational excellence or Lean Six Sigma roles including experience leading complex projects.

  • Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma and TPM in manufacturing logistics and/or supply chain environments.

  • Previous experience managing improvement teams or directing personnel (essential).

  • Proven experience in interacting and communicating effectively with senior directors and stakeholders. Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab JMP or similar).

  • Proficiency in Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping 5S Kaizen SMED etc.) and TPM (Maintenance Pillars).

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence persuade and motivate teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and results-oriented.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
