Template Support Analyst

We are seeking an on-site staffing resource for one of our clients located in Auburn Hills MI. The schedule for the role is 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Monday through this position you will be responsible for supporting the customers network environment via service cases and performing network support tasks as requested by the customer. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to perform autonomously and drive tasks to successful completion. A good troubleshooting methodology will also benefit candidates in this role. This position is a full-time onsite support role at our client located in Auburn Hills MI.

• Must have hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
• CCNA certification is highly preferred
• Experience working with Cisco networking platforms is REQUIRED
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues required
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Meraki Fortinet Cisco Security products such as FTD FMC AMP DUO Umbrella a plus
• Familiar supporting wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access preferred
• Exceptional customer relations skills
• The candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
