Description:
We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing engineering business based in Co. Tyrone to recruit an experienced Installation / Commissioning Manager. This is a key hire for the organisation offering the opportunity to lead commissioning activities across complex machinery and equipment projects both on-site and internationally.

The successful Installation / Commissioning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and to the highest technical standards working closely with engineering production and customer teams.

The Role:
Lead installation and commissioning activities across multiple projects
Manage on-site teams and coordinate with internal engineering functions
Oversee testing validation and handover of equipment to clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to specification
Maintain strong client relationships during installation and commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards and procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement

The Person:
Proven experience in a commissioning installation or field service management role
Strong background in heavy engineering machinery or wash plant equipment
Experience managing teams on-site and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel as required for project delivery
Strong understanding of health & safety in a site-based environment
