Job Summary

FLS Transportation Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Track & Trace to join our growing team. This is a one (1) year contract.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and take pride in providing service solutions to Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all service requirements of assigned FLS Customers to exceed expectations;
  • Identifying the service requirements and information required for each Customer shipment;
  • Appointment setting;
  • Track drivers from point of origin to destination to ensure that they are on schedule for pick-up and delivery appointments;
  • Assist carriers with any issues or delays encountered throughout the shipment life cycle (advising appropriate account manager and when necessary the customer);
  • Enter all relevant shipment data and information into FLSs TMS;
  • Verify that rates fuel surcharges and any applicable accessorial charges charged to the Customer are correctly entered in TMS;
  • Problem-solve Customer specific issues from the point of order placement through to completion;
  • Update Customers with shipment status updates as required;
  • Pro-actively communicate any service issues or delays to Customers;
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism when dealing with any FLS Customers;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.



Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing customer service solutions to clients across North America
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy personality that embodies collaboration confidence dedication urgency and personal accountability
  • Team Oriented
