PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
Review your schedule prepare materials and follow up on leads generated through marketing customer inquiries and referrals
Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customers needs
Educate customers on product features benefits and long-term value
Create proposals walk customers through financing options and close sales
Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up communication and appointment scheduling
Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up referrals networking and attending scheduled sales appointments
Use an iPad/Sales Force to track leads record customer interactions and manage daily workflow
Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge sales techniques and industry trends
