- Monday to Friday Day & Evening In-Person Appointments
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
- Review your schedule prepare materials and follow up on leads generated through marketing customer inquiries and referrals
- Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
- Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customers needs
- Educate customers on product features benefits and long-term value
- Create proposals walk customers through financing options and close sales
- Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up communication and appointment scheduling
- Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up referrals networking and attending scheduled sales appointments
- Use an iPad/Sales Force to track leads record customer interactions and manage daily workflow
- Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
- Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge sales techniques and industry trends
