We are seeking senior actuarial professionals to support our European Advisory team who are based in Munich Milan or Warsaw as:

VP Europe Advisory Team Client Technical Advisor (m/f/d)

As amemberofour Europe Advisory team youllworkalongsidecolleaguesofalllevelsandclientsin the region tosolvecomplex capital volatility and growthproblemsanddrivemeaningfulchange.

We will count on you to:

• Oversee Project-relatedactivitiesincludeconducting research surveys and interviews andanalysingdatatogaininsights assess problems and structuresolutions.
• Support standard and highly-customized advisory projects in order to model quantify and forecast risk cost capital and financial impact (for example Solvency II and capital/volatility analyses) for non-life and life clients.
• Summarise clients key financial and regulatory information and develops national and regional benchmarks.
• Review and validate the work of analysts ensuring technical accuracy and integrity on a wide variety of analyses templates and exhibits
• Demonstrate ability to join existing projects take ownership of project task/responsibilities and ensure seamless client communication
• Work to develop business by networking with brokerage or advisory colleagues across different offices identifying potential areas of business growth in existing projects and responding to requests for proposals or information.
• Prepare and/or oversee production exhibits and written reports to present findings
• Assist or lead in the preparation of proposals and presentations including information about project assumptions findings implications nuances and solutions (as applicable).attend client meetings marketing/sales presentations as required
• Ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards and to ensure quality control of final product.
• Develop the intellectual capital of the business including researching regulation requirements and drafting industry benchmarking reports in order to further develop the companys offerings as well as personal knowledge of insurance services and products.

What you need to have:

• Actuarial financial or economic degree
• Good understanding of Solvency II standard formula and internal models - and IFRS
• Reinsurance knowledge
• Data management
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English an additional European language with the ability to build strong relationships with clients colleagues and industry stakeholders
• Proven ability to foster a culture of inclusiveness innovation and continuous improvement within the practice and across the broader organization
• Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities
• Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to develop client-oriented solutions
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Excel Word and PowerPoint etc.
• R Power BI or Databricks experience a plus
