People & Culture Manager (mfd) (Parental Leave)

How does your working day look like

• Youll be independently responsible for holistic staff support of all your colleagues including implementing projects to optimise the HR strategy and HR action plan because weve got a lot of work ahead of us
• Youll be involved in hotel budgeting and youll support departmental managers when theyre assembling their teams
• Also on your daily to do list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
• Youll be on hand for all your staff as both host and manager and youll also be happy to train even the newcomers in the team
• Youll recognise talent and together with the General Manager youll promote it

Qualifications :

Your personality counts more than your CV

• Youve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility and speak English fluently
• Youll bring to the job assertiveness consistency and team spirit so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
• You can inspire colleagues and support their development
• Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
• Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
