WhatYoullDo
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of NasdaqVerafinsAgentic AI workforcecapabilities across development and product management teams
- Build andmaintaina product roadmapthattranslatesbusiness goals and user needs into scalable safe and highimpact agentic AIsolutions
- Balance innovation with regulatory requirements risk tolerance and customer trust
- Own endtoend productdelivery from discovery through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering sales marketing data science) to align product capabilities with market needs
WhatYoullBring
- 5 years of product management experience with at least some exposure to AIdriven products
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts including LLMs AI agents prompt engineering and model limitations
- A proventrack recordof successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g. MBA CFA PMP)
- Experience in capital markets fintech or regulated financial services industries
- Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures
