Digital Exam Publishing Coordinator Edmonton (Downtown)

Type: On-Site Long Term Temporary Position

Executrade is currently seeking a Digital Exam Publishing Coordinator for a temporary opportunity (up to 6 months) with a provincial government organization located in downtown Edmonton. This role has been created to support the team during a medical leave and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital publishing education and technology.

This is not a traditional administrative or graphic design role. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude attention to detail and an interest in working with digital platforms and content publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with publishing digital exams using a specialized platform
• Support the conversion of digital assessments into print/PDF formats
• Perform minor content adjustments to ensure formatting and compatibility across formats
• Work collaboratively with internal desktop publishing and technical teams
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in exam content and layout
• Learn and navigate new systems and tools as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
• Basic understanding of HTML is required
• Experience in web digital publishing or content management is an asset
• Background in IT support or completion of a tech-related program is considered a strong asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
