Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is the partnership across the enterprise that drives our companys supply engine. The IBP Intelligence Team serves as the enterprise-wide process owner for the IBP framework driving endtoend planning excellence and decision alignment across Commercial Supply Finance and Strategy functions.

The IBP Market Integration Lead Secondment is the strategic bridge between IBP and operational execution. The successful candidate will:

Integrate market regional and site execution realities into IBP process ensuring global standards visuals systems are value focused decision-ready to support todays output acting as a two-way translator:
- Bringing operational insight into IBP design
- Explaining global IBP intent back to markets and sites
Leverage this work to innovate and support the outline of a transformative IBP process that brings operational execution/market insights from short into mid-term IBP horizon and ensure AI-enabled capabilities are adopted executable and sustainable from T1-T7 (operationalizes IBP Intelligence from globally designed to locally executable).
Support the IBP Leadership Team and Global IBP PCT in the development of a modern decisionintelligence ecosystemintegrating advanced analytics digital planning capabilities scenario modeling and realtime performance insights.
Contribute to IBP Intelligence Team design of the future.

Establish a clear link between operational and financial plans including transparency around any intentional misalignment
Integrate strategic imperatives (e.g. manufacturing network product portfolio)
Standardize operational IBP process across GSCto provide reliable inputs into the enterprise IBP
Integrate operational IBP forums across all tiers to create a unified and connected IBP ecosystem
Establish robust governance to ensure adherence to standard work and share best practices
Support IBP Performance Insights Lead on the redesign of the performance management board to drive behaviors and create a stronger linkage between operational performance and financial impact
Establish trusted shared source of truth on operational and financial metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5 years of experience.
Experience in Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning Operations Strategy or related fields.
Deep expertise in S&OP/IBP design execution and governance.
Strong understanding of forecasting supply planning inventory management financial planning and scenario modeling.
High analytical acumen with experience in digital planning tools (e.g. SAP IBP Kinaxis) advanced analytics or decisionsupport platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in preparation alignment and presentation execution for Commercial/Finance/PGS alignment on high-stakes decisions
MD/DV with 4 years
Background in digital transformation AI/MLbased forecasting or endtoend network modeling.
Education in Supply Chain/Analytics or similar advanced degree.

Secondment 7-12 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day(LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
Periodic domestic and international travel depending on business needs (1015%).
If visiting manufacturing sites must follow site safety protocols which may include PPE aseptic gowning or other compliance requirements.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
