Assist in the production process for 2D initiatives (such as signage/window clings/lightbox rollouts and store amplifications) for all Calvin Klein and licensee brands in our Wholesale locations.
What Youll Do:
- Help manage production for North America 2D initiatives to ensure quality standards budgets and timing are met
- Partner with North America/Global Marketing and Sales on 2D strategy and timelines to create distribution lists for vendors.
- Provide mechanical files for production. Create store distribution files that align with budget requirements.
- Communicate with vendors for production details budgets and timelines
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and track budgets across all projects
- Support concept via rendering and versioning
- Coordinate sample approval process with vendors
- Partner with VM team on showroom graphic needs
- Create production timeline to ensure on time delivery of all assets
- Maintain accurate budget trackers timelines and project recaps
- Provide support of installation of graphics windows and in-store and manage the quality control of installation and fabrication and attend overnight/early AM installs as needed
- Own projects from kickoff through final delivery including post-installation review and recap
- Assist bidding and vendor selection process in partnership with procurement
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline production workflows and communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field teams managing day-to-day communication via Teams and email
- Gather and analyze field feedback and store execution images to inform future improvements
- Respond to inbound orders and requests from stores and field partners in a timely manner providing updates guidance and troubleshooting support
- Research and develop new and innovative production techniques with focus on sustainability
- Updates and maintains marketing library
- Manages digital filing/archivesof all marketing and project information
- Conducts competitive research to ensure brand relevancy and guarantee innovation
What Youll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Visual Production and Creative Project Management experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
2D/3D Production and Installation Experience with premium product
Demonstrated knowledge of materials and cutting-edge production techniques and ability to continue research on innovative methods
Ability to interface with corporate partners and outside vendors with excellent communication skills and able to maintain good vendor relationship
Experience or knowledge of retail schedules
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Possess a strong interest in retail environments production interior design and new technologies
Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Photoshop
Knowledge of Sketchup/Layout and Adobe Suite

Pay Range:$$87800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications geographic location and other relevant skills.
