What is this role
As a Customer Experience Intern youll support customers across email phone chat and occasionally social media helping deliver a positive on-brand experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Driving Results: Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently across email chat phone and occasional social media interactions.
Taking Ownership: Learn and navigate internal systems to manage and resolve customer needs from start to finish.
Making Decisions: Think critically and creatively to provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Cultivating Relationships: Deliver friendly high-quality service while sharing customer feedback and insights with internal teams.
Instilling Trust: Communicate clearly professionally and consistently to build confidence in the brand.
Customer Focus: Go above and beyond to ensure every interaction leaves a positive lasting impression.

What background should you have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications Marketing Business Public Relations or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple channels (phone email chat social)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills
• Interest in customer experience eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
