Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic breast imaging in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ARRT-certified mammography procedures and committed to patient safety accuracy and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• Operate mammography imaging equipment and ensure image quality standards
• Position patients correctly for optimal imaging outcomes
• Follow radiology safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists and radiology department staff
• Ensure patient comfort and explain procedures clearly
• Maintain compliance with state federal and hospital imaging regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT Certification (Required)
• ARRT Advanced Certification (Required)
• California State Radiology License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum experience in mammography imaging required
• Strong knowledge of breast imaging protocols and safety standards
