Your Role:

Located at Prestons Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour care and support to residents.

As a Registered Nurse you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the understanding the unique needs and preferences of each resident in your care youll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart. Youll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your resident and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team.

This role is working 39 hours per fortnight-

Shifts per fortnight-

Week 1- Wednesday and Thursday 0630-1530
Week 2- Tuesday 0630-1430 Wednesday & Thursday 0630-1530

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from$45.64 - $55.27/hr superannuation penalties salary packaging.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Hold experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team
• Understand requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
