About the Role

Youll be involved in all aspects of general nursing including:

• Pre- and post-operative patient care
• Surgical assistance anaesthetics and monitoring
• Animal pathology emergency and critical care
• Performing minor procedures when required
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene across the clinic and surgical areas
• Reception and client support duties as needed

About You

To succeed in this role youll bring:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Availability to work Fridays with flexibility to cover additional shifts at short notice
• Confidence assisting with surgery anaesthetics and patient recovery
• Strong animal handling skills and clinical knowledge
• Ability to stay calm efficient and organised in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• High attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• A genuine eagerness to learn grow and contribute to the team
• Experience with RX Works (advantageous but not essential)
