Job Summary

Were looking for a creative organised and curious intern to support Emeralds 2026 brand refresh project.

As our Brand Project Coordinator Intern youll help make sure our new brand assets guidance and templates are easy to find easy to use and consistently applied across the business. Youll work closely with colleagues across the business supporting the practical rollout of refreshed brand materials so everyone feels confident using the brand in their daytoday work.

This is a handson projectbased role where youll get real experience working on a major strategic programme. Youll also bring a fresh perspective by sensechecking our brand from a user point of view spotting gaps or friction and sharing ideas on how we can explain and embed the brand more effectively across Emerald.

If youre interested in branding marketing or communications and enjoy making things clearer more organised and more accessible this could be a great fit.

This internship will be for a duration of 3 months.

Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best which is why we are a remote-first company. However we also believe in face to face collaboration and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Please note that although we are a remote-first company the role will need to be carried out from the UK. As such we are unable to accommodate remote arrangements from other countries.

Day to day well trust you to:


  • Review and audit existing brand assets and guidance to identify what needs updating removing or improving
  • Support updates to our Brand Hub including asset libraries templates and brand guidance
  • Sensecheck brand materials from a colleague point of view and flagging anything that feels unclear or hard to apply
  • Coordinate with teams across the business to track updates and progress
  • Update brandrelated content within Emerald City
  • Help to create simple internal rollout materials FAQs and howto guidance
  • Share ideas to improve how the brand shows up and is adopted internally
