Graduate Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

Support delivery on a range of renewals and improvements projects from design inception to close out following construction project types varying from structures tunnels highways and technology across the M25 network

. To identify and embrace change and promote innovations as the key to continuous improvement

Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders and when applicable provide support to the project delivery teams

Attend various internal team meetings as and when required

Support the delivery of the Business Sustainability activities
The opportunity to visit and share experiences with other Egis graduates across the global team and organisation Profile

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2:1 or above expected or achieved in Project Management subject or similar

Driving licence

Enthusiasm and results focus together with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel

An understanding of the importance of presentation skills including the utilisation of visual tools to communicate outputs to various levels of the business and external stakeholders

Familiar with the concept of key performance indicator
