We are seeking a detail-oriented experienced Warranty Administrator / Service Administrator to support our Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service team.

This role plays a critical part in warranty accuracy compliance and operational efficiency with a strong focus on Stellantis (CDJR) warranty processing.

What you will do:

• Book process and submit Stellantis (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership policies
• Review repair orders for accuracy proper coding labor times documentation and compliance
• Track reconcile and follow up on all pending warranty claims to ensure timely payment
• Research and resubmit rejected claims; manage chargebacks and warranty receivables
• Maintain accurate warranty records including approvals rejections payments and audit documentation
• Stay current with Stellantis warranty policies recalls bulletins and procedures

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure complete and accurate repair documentation

• Provide warranty guidance and support to the service department
• Monitor warranty metrics and report trends or concerns to management

What we are looking for:

• Previous automotive warranty administrator experience preferably with Stellantis/CDJR brands
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies procedures and compliance standards
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (Reynolds experience preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Selfmotivated team player with strong problemsolving abilities
