As part of the Fever Originals team you will leverage data market insights and strong commercial instincts to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that enable people to enjoy unforgettable moments. Our goal is to develop and scale innovative experiences while building strong relationships with venues partners and industry stakeholders.
Who youll work with
You will join our office in Buenos Aires working closely with internal teams while directly engaging with partners providers and venues across the market.
In this role you will play a key part in growing Fevers pipeline of original events. A significant part of your work will involve identifying developing and negotiating partnerships with venues and external stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally with Project Managers and Producers to bring experiences to life.
The team you will join is young ambitious and highly collaborative composed of top profiles from companies such as McKinsey Amazon Google KKR Cirque du Soleil PSG and Roland Garros. Team members bring diverse cultural backgrounds and share a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Employees are expected to work from the office 2x per week according to local office policy. This is typically Tuesday and Thursday but subject to change.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive you will work closely with your regional Team Lead to identify establish and maintain relationships with venue operators and negotiate favorable venue rental deals for Fever Original events. The role combines business development with a strong emphasis on strategic venue sourcing including venue negotiations persuasive selling contracting and networking within the entertainment and events ecosystem.
When you join Fever you will receive training and coaching to help you:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including sourcing venues partners and collaborators for new event concepts
- Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues
- Work with Project Managers and Producers to ensure potential venues meet financial and creative requirements
- Ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our events by analyzing and reporting on key metrics
- Scale successful experiences across additional cities and markets by building replicable operational models
About You:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales strategic venue sourcing and/or partnership negotiations and management. You love to prospect relationships and roll up your sleeves to get the deal done. You combine a strong commercial mindset relationship-building abilities and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to developing partnerships and growing the business.
- 3 years of experience in B2B relational sales venue sourcing / negotiations and/or partnership development and management (experience in the events industry not required but appreciated)
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and networking skills with the ability to build meaningful partnerships: youre not afraid of picking up the phone and pitching to potential new partners
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan prioritize and drive multiple workstreams to successful completion.
- Resilient and results-driven able to perform under pressure take ownership and manage several high-impact negotiations in parallel.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues partners brands and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
- Highly solution-oriented able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
- Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environments and willingness to grow within the organization

Our Hiring Process:
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to better understand your career plan assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic analytics and written understanding
- A 30 min interview with the hiring manager
- A 45 min video call with your future manager including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
