Job Summary
Were looking for an Account Manager to join our team covering a strategic this role youll be the go-to expert and business owner for this customer across the Latam region helping unlock the full potential of AWS to drive transformative business outcomes.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of emerging technology and strategic sales and who is energized by building new business in one of our strategic customers.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Drive pipeline creation adoption and revenue growth for AWS services across assigned customer.
- Align with AGS leadership to define and execute sales plays partner engagements and field initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to solve customer challenges with AI/ML translating technical capabilities into business value for senior stakeholders.
- Surface customer insights and feature gaps to AWS product teams helping shape the services roadmap to better serve the region.
- Partner with other Account Managers Solution Architects and Support team to close complex high-value projects.

- 5 years of technology-related sales business development or sales engineering/consulting experience
- Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers
- 5 years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent) system network and operating system experience or Bachelors degree in business administration finance economics computer science data science engineering or other related field
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish in technical and business settings (verbal and written).
- Bachelors degree in science technology engineering or mathematics (STEM) or experience in a relevant industry working within technology teams
- Experience working with technology customers such as software providers
