Job Summary
About the Opportunity
As a member of the Discova Tailormade Support team you will be a part of a group of passionate individuals who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent sales experience and who take pride in their expertise of Discovas product offerings and destinations. You will be customer obsessed and deliver a consistent high service both during and post-sale. You will be a key part in supporting our Tailormade Experts and achieving our business goals.
You will have an eye for detail and go above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer service to our partners so they come back to us time and time again.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Support Tailor-made team in reviewing new enquiries and respond as necessary to qualify and get more information if necessary.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update and manage client databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Participate in ongoing trainings to learn about product updates destination news supplier news and other Sales Support sessions
- Stay informed of industry trends customer habits and interests destination and supplier news and other topics that will help confirm sales.
- Working closely with Tailormade Experts to grow destination knowledge.
About you
The Essentials:
- Final year students or fresh graduate with degree in Travel/Tourism; or in Sales Marketing Business
- Fluent in English language (both speaking and writing)
- Travel industry course and/or experience within travel industry is a preference.
- Technology and working with software/ web applications are plus.
- Be able to work full time.

- Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel Word
- Excellent time/priority management skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
