Recruitment Internship

The Role

At Gemma Associates our interns are not here to fill a background support function. You will be on the front lines of the talent market receiving hands-on mentorship from senior consultants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Market Mapping: Research target industries (FMCG Tech Supply Chain etc.) to identify key organizational structures and top-performing talent.
• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Assist in identifying reaching out to and screening passive high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level roles.
• Business Development Support: Hunt for opportunity. Help research prospective B2B clients craft targeted outreach and support the preparation of client pitches.
• Data & Pipeline Management: Ensure our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM are up-to-date tracking candidate journeys and client interactions accurately.

Who We Are Looking For

• Availability: Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule for the next 3 months.
• Education: Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business Communications Human Resources Marketing or related fields.
• Mindset: Ambitious resilient and highly commercial. You arent afraid of a challenge and you have a strong drive for results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience: No prior recruitment experience is requiredwe will train you from the ground up! Any background in sales student clubs or customer-facing roles is a major plus.
