The Role
This is a 70% hands-on / 30% leadership role. The majority of your time youll be in the work itself - designing producing and iterating performance creatives. The remaining 30% is about leading: managing a team of 2 designers giving direction mentoring and building a creative operation that runs with ownership and accountability.
Day to day youll own the full creative loop: from hook ideation and scripting through production and editing to reading results.
Youll also set the direction for Brand and Web design across Tidio Lyro and Hubi - making sure everything your team ships is aligned with each brands challenges and goals.
Job requirements
As a Creative Lead you will be responsible for:
Staying across all three brands (Tidio Lyro Hubi) - understanding their challenges positioning and priorities to ensure design output stays aligned and purposeful.
Leading and mentoring a team of 2 designers (Brand & Web) - giving direction fostering a proactive end-to-end ownership mindset and holding people accountable in line with our values.
Owning the creative process end-to-end - from systemizing production workflows and managing budgets to making data-driven decisions on what to scale or cut.
Designing and iterating static ad creatives for Meta - testing hooks visuals and formats to drive CTR and conversions.
Producing video ads and AI UGC end-to-end - from concept and script through generation editing and final delivery.
Independently analyzing creative performance in Meta Ads Manager - reading CTR hook rate thumbstop and CPA and translating that into the next iteration.
Continuously delivering testing and iterating on creatives based on campaign performance and insights - scaling winners and refreshing assets before fatigue hits.
Researching TikTok & Meta trends ad formats and hooks and translating them into a structured pipeline of creative ideas and angles - bridging the gap between performance and design.
Stacking and managing AI tools for video and UGC production (Runway Sora HeyGen Arcads Captions Creatify ElevenLabs Kling etc.) - choosing the right tool for the job not the other way around.
Collaborating with UGC creators and freelancers - writing briefs and scripts coordinating the production process and ensuring output meets performance standards.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
Hands-on experience designing performance ads for SaaS e-commerce or D2C.
Strong project and production management skills - you can run a multi-brand creative operation juggle freelancers and internal stakeholders and keep quality high without bottlenecks.
A strong understanding of the paid social funnel - you know how hook body and CTA work together and what separates a top-funnel creative from a retargeting one.
Experience managing or mentoring designers - you know how to give direction without micromanaging and how to build accountability into team culture.
Experience with AI UGC faceless ads avatar creatives or user-style voiceover content.
Proficiency in Figma CapCut Premiere or After Effects - enough to deliver end-to-end without dependencies.
A fast iterative working style - youd rather ship 10 variants and test than perfect one for a week.
Active knowledge of social media trends - you know whats working on Meta and TikTok right now not a year ago.
The ability to balance hands-on craft with team leadership - comfortable spending the majority of your time executing at a senior/staff level while also owning people process and direction.
A structured approach to creative ideation - you dont just follow trends you turn them into repeatable frameworks and pipelines your team can execute against.
