Head of QCHF and see-u Technology

AsHead of QCHF &seeuTechnologyyoullbe responsible forthe technology that underpins two important brands from ourcore policy and claims platformsthrough to ourdigital experienceslike the website app and member and provider portals.

At its heart this role is about making sure our systems arereliable securewellgoverned andconstantly improving to meet member and business the big picture (where were heading) with the daytoday (keeping things running smoothly) while leading a capable engaged team along the way.

Whatyoullbe doing day to day

• Lead and develop the QCHF &seeuTechnology team creating a culture of trust accountability and high performancewhile rolemodelling our values and leadership behaviours

• Set thetechnology strategy and roadmap and turn it into clear achievable delivery plans

• Work closely with senior leaders across QCHF andseeuto align priorities and make smart investment decisions

• Oversee delivery across core platforms and digital channels balancing change with operational stability

• Manage keyvendor and partner relationships making sureweregetting the right outcomes and managing risk well

• Take accountabilityforrisk compliance and regulatory obligations including APRA standards

This could be a great fit if you

• Havepreviousexperience leading technology or product teams in complex environments

• Understand core insurance or financial services platforms and digital channels

• Are comfortable working with vendors and outsourced partners

• Understandtechnology risk governance and compliance

• Formal qualificationsor certificationsin IT Computer Science or Business or equivalent experience
