Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of documents for conducting procurement process or open bids
  • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
  • Monitor procurement targets in compliance with the Companys requirements
  • Responsible for coordinating with user departments for preparation of documents for onboarding of new vendors
  • Proofreading vendors contracts and liaise with user departments and vendors on contract drafting
  • Support manager in contacting potential vendors and arrange for meetings with user departments
  • Communicate with vendors on contracts follow up
  • Preparation of regular internal reports for tracking non-trade procurement savings
  • Documents filing and indexing
  • Support ad-hoc project for process continuous improvement
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting Manager

Job requirements

  • Diploma Graduate or abovein Business Administration Accounting Finance Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Accounting Finance Supply Chain or FMCG industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good written/verbal communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong MS Excel skills: familiar with Vlookup & Pivotable are must Macros is plus.
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
