Role Objective:Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies to
create a positive image of USV among customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
Achieve and exceed assigned targets by generating new prescriptions and continuing the existing prescription base
(RCPA)
Ensure product availability at the chemist level
Undertake corrective actions to bridge any gaps ensuring timely escalation in field efforts and strategy execution
Analyse sales data (Product Service Customer) using all available dashboards and incorporate insights into sales
planning leveraging digital tools with support from Area Business Manager
Implement the addition deletion and visit frequency updates of Standard Visit List/Chemist Visit List to reach all
Standard Visit List doctors / Chemist Visit List retailers according to the assigned frequency
Update Monthly Tour Plan / Standard Tour Plan and prepare day wise coverage plan
Follow up with healthcare professionals to achieve the desired outcomes for incremental business from both in-clinic
and out-clinic activities
Execute structured sales plans for a diverse customer base including specialists and general physicians
Ensure conversion of non-core doctors
Participate in Joint Field Work sessions review meetings and cycle meetings
Submit timely reports and feedback while adhering to compliance requirements
Support line managers with relevant information in joint calls and review meetings
Create and regularly update standard visit list of relevant HCPs corporate hospitals chemists and stockists monthly
tour plan and coverage plan
Supply Chain Management
Conduct periodic retail chemist prescription audits (RCPA) at relevant chemists (trade floating dispensing & chains)
to assess prescription flow and product availability
People and Culture
Demonstrate Credo values and behaviours to build trust and credibility with customers & colleagues
Participate in Learning and Development programmes
STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION
Type of Interaction: Internal
Interaction with:Area Business Manager Regional Business Manager Zonal Business Manager Marketing
Nature of Interaction:Routine communication in connection with specified tasks and handling escalations from
accounts. Communication requiring some level of diplomacy coordination synergy and sensitisation on IR matters
Type of Interaction: External
Interaction with:Healthcare Professionals / Clearing and Forwarding Agents / Stockist / Chemists/ Other Stakeholders
(Paramedics Purchase Officers/Head Nurse- Team Specific)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
Minimum of six months of experience in Pharma sales for candidates with a science background and a minimum of
two years of experience in Pharma sales for those with a non-science background
Must possess proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools a basic understanding of sales and
marketing principles and excellent relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals. Must demonstrate
persistence and ability for frequent follow-ups
