Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily reports and customer support documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support Customer Service Logistics Support or a related role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficiency in MS Excel Email Communication and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
