JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Lifestyle Coordinator will develop facilitate and promote an active lifestyle program for current and prospective residents to achieve goals surrounding community occupancy and resident retention. This role plays an integral part in the sales and move-in processes working with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant(s) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes as well as contributing to the achievement of year end budgeted occupancy revenue and resident retention goals. The Lifestyle Coordinator will conduct both digital and in-person marketing and support both incoming and outbound communications.JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member. Assists with tours as needed.
- Answers phone calls routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
- Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and monitors the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
- Ensures all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
- Utilizes amenity space to develop and execute innovative creative and dynamic events services and programs. Works to develop outcomes as well as assessment metrics to determine success of programs.
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants shops delivery places and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains positive relationships and contacts with concierge vendors and local businesses. Offers recommendations to residents on a variety of services or needs and keeps up to date on events within the community.
- Monitors and responds to Lifestyle E-mail Account and works with Lifestyle Team to ensure messages are responded to in a timely fashion and to create marketing and awareness of events programs services and initiatives.
- Creates and produces the monthly calendar newsletter and flyers with activities and events. Monitors and submits items for Resident Portal postings.
- Participates in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are being met.
- Provides input into the development of budgets within the property portfolio as it relates to planned activities and resident retention. Manage expenses to budget.
- Completes various human resources financial administrative and other reports and analysis and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in business marketing hospitality or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to read write and communicate effectively with prospects residents vendors and coworkers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to produce error-free documentation and create orderly systems and processes.
- Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with a diverse group of people stay calm under pressure and provide cheerful assistance to others.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
- Incumbents must have valid drivers license to drive a golf cart on property.
- Proficiency in word processing spreadsheet and database management programs in order to complete required reports and documents.
- Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for researching resident requests with programs such as Google and other search engines and navigating the internet and websites.
- Ability to manage community social media accounts by creating engaging content building a following and promotion events across all social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Team members work in an office environment but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature weather odors and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
- Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
- Incumbents must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver weights of up to twenty (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
- Routine local travel may be required to various properties within the portfolio or in other circumstances necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
- Incumbents must maintain a flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed to support community operations and resident engagement.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
