Responsibilities
Responsible for administration of projects in Oracle Project Accounting and BUU DB
Development of project cost and schedule.
Administration of all aspects of project execution including but not limited to: design specification contracts purchasing installation and commissioning.
Control and report project schedule and cost to management.
Maintain technical documentation (i.e. organize drawings and results).
Support plant operations by implementing critical improvement projects and coordinating with all departments within the plant.
Be an active actor of the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process.
Provide technical support to maintenance activities contributing to equipment reliability and availability.
Collaborate closely with maintenance teams demonstrating strong knowledge of maintenance practices and plant equipment.
Participate in weekend on-call rotation to support maintenance needs and ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
At least three (3) years of experience in mechanical/electrical project engineering in the cement or related industry.
Familiarity with operational aspects and equipment utilized in the cement industry (or heavy industry)
Working knowledge of maintenance processes reliability principles and plant equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-starter and inquisitive by nature.
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
Skilled in RCFA.
Requires availability to travel primarily to other Company facilities.
