Star of the Sea College a Catholic independent girls school in the Presentation Sisters tradition is seeking suitable applicants for casual exam supervision.
- Ensuring all examination procedures are followed in accordance with school and VCAA guidelines
- Supervising students during examinations and breaks
- Providing support to students before and during examinations
- Exam Supervisorsmust be available for casual shifts and training
We are seeking suitable people for the position of Exam Supervisors. Under the supervision of the Chief Supervisor will supervise students completing Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) General Achievement Test (GAT) trial and VCE examinations in June 2026 Trial Examinations within the September school holidays and Written Examinations over an approximate four week period in October and November 2026.
Assistant Supervisor training will be conducted on-site in early June.
Assistant Supervisors cannot be any of the following:
- Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026 at the school where you are employed/supervising
- Teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026 or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school in 2026
Assistant Supervisors who are appointed are required to complete a Supervisor relationships statutory declaration and conditions of appointment form upon appointment. They must have a current Working with Children check or VIT registration.
