Legal Counsel

We are looking for a strong business-oriented international lawyer to support legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves participation in operational legal matters strategic decisions disputes and crisis situations with real influence and responsibility.

Mission

• Ensure strong legal protection and effective risk management across multiple jurisdictions by supporting business decisions with practical outcome-driven legal solutions.
• Build a structured and scalable legal framework that enables confident operations protects company interests and supports long-term business stability.
• Act as a strong legal partner to leadership by turning legal complexity into practical outcome-driven business support.

Requirements

• Law degree (specialization in International or Business Law preferred)
• 510 years of relevant legal experience (also open to junior candidates with strong academic results)
• International practice or experience with cross-border projects

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions; experience in the following jurisdictions will be considered a plus:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Italy
  • UAE

• Practical experience in:

  • litigation / disputes
  • corporate law
  • commercial contracts
• Ability to assess legal risks with a clear understanding of business priorities
• Fluency in professional legal English

Responsibilities

• Provide full legal support across key jurisdictions and ensure compliance with local laws and the group structure
• Manage coordinate and oversee external legal counsel
• Lead and coordinate commercial corporate and employment-related disputes
• Develop legal strategies for disputes negotiations and high-risk situations
• Manage external advisors and control budgets based on cost vs outcome
• Support and optimize the corporate structure of SLS
• Work on shareholder matters corporate governance corporate decisions changes and legal architecture
• Draft review and negotiate contracts with partners suppliers operators and other counterparties
• Balance protection of the companys interests with business speed and operational needs
• Participate in key business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Assess legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions
• Turn the legal function into a practical tool for management control and risk reduction
