Job Overview & Work Site

Position Summary

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance maintaining accurate employee records supporting credentialing requirements for Physical Therapy staff and assisting with employee communication and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process and manage employee leave paperwork (FMLA medical leave personal leave etc.)

  • Track and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and documentation

  • Prepare generate and distribute HR reports as requested

  • Manage and monitor credentialing requirements for Physical Therapy staff including license renewals certifications compliance documentation etc.

  • Maintain credentialing tracking to ensure all staff remain compliant with regulatory and organizational standards

  • Conduct employee outreach related to documentation compliance benefits and HR updates

  • Update and maintain employee records in HRIS and other internal systems

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and employment file maintenance as needed

  • Support compliance initiatives and audits

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

License & Experience

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred

  • 13 years of HR or administrative experience preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or credentialing management is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
