Manufacturing Sr. Planning EngineerQinP

• Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE(machine and equipment) based on VPA and production plan
• Requisition orders for purchasing or service
• Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
• Setup quality documents (FMEA CP Work instructions) according to RBCD policy regulations and procedures
• Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
• Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC POKA YOKE PDCA support QAM)
• Prepare and get the MAE process and type release from releasing departments /plants
• Lead and responsible for the problem solving process
• Evaluate operation flow cycle time machines tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
• Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction quality improvements and customer satisfaction
• Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
• Work closely with different levels and functions to identify needs and introduce i4.0 projects
• Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
• Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
• Defining wear off parts consumables and gages (FHMI HIBE and FHPM) and ensure the availability together with purchasing department
• Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
• Additional tasks from section manager

Qualifications :

• University degree (Bachelor or master) in Engineering or related major
• 2 to 3 years experience in planning or manufacturing position for high volume production
• Computer literate in Excel Word & Power Point
• Understanding of i4.0 and smart manufacturing technology and vision familiar with digital tools e.g. Power BI etc.
• Good English and/or German communication skill
