Job Summary

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION

Oversee a team of Producers collaborating regularly with them to develop and refine content ideas that meet brand standards and audience expectations.

Oversee the production process for multiple projects from pre-production through post-production ensuring timely high-quality delivery.

Manage relationships with external production partners talent and agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Lead productions from concept through final delivery ensuring alignment with the holistic content strategy for the market.

Collaborate regularly with international Red Bull producers maintaining full transparency regarding project status and timelines.

Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects genres and recurring content opportunities (e.g. Athlete Projects Opinion Leaders Events Team Presentations On Premise Consumption Occasions).

Ensure that all productions are executed in line with Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (including rights clearance delivery standards metadata production schedules budgets etc.).

Manage day-to-day production activities including scheduling location scouting talent coordination and equipment management.

Oversee post-production processes including editing sound mixing and visual effects ensuring that the final product meets quality standards.

Translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that engage and inspire the audience.

Anticipate and address production challenges proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.

Maintain strong working relationships with external production partners talent and agencies ensuring effective communication and smooth execution across all projects.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Collaborate with production management to allocate resources efficiently ensuring that projects are properly staffed and equipped.

Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects genres and recurring content opportunities (such as athlete projects opinion leaders events team presentations on-premise activations consumption occasions etc.).

Collaborate with the Santa Monica Portfolio team to develop content for the overall content pipeline.

Be responsible for sourcing and cultivating a strong network of experienced production partners vendors and talent.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

Collaborate with the Director of Production on content-led initiatives in the Central Region.

Manage storyline feasibility and explore new angles for content development throughout both the Business Planning process and the project lifecycle.

Take responsibility for the delivery of content to Media Operations and Programming.

Manage a slate of programmingfrom development through deliverycomprising in-house commissioned live and non-live content.

Provide regular updates on project status and progress to senior management.


Qualifications :

A bachelors degree in Film Television Communications or a related field.

At least five years of experience in content production including a minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role.

A proven record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality content projects.

A strong understanding of the media landscape in the western United States.

Experience in managing and developing a team of creative professionals.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

A well-developed creative vision and strong storytelling skills.

A thorough understanding of production processes and workflows.

The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.

Experience with budget management and strong financial acumen.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A genuine passion for content creation and storytelling.


Additional Information :

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85360 - 128040 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
