Experience:12 years of relevant experienceShift:US ShiftsJob Summary:We are looking for a smart dynamic and resultsdriven RTR professional with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities excellent peoplemanagement skills and the ability to lead teams to deliver highquality financial outcomes aligned with business needs. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners particularly during critical close Responsibilities:* Lead and manage a large RTR team with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.* Own and drive endtoend Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A) processes.* Ensure timely and accurate monthend close (MEC) including journals reconciliations reporting and analysis.* Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.* Handle internal and external audits effectively addressing audit requirements and queries.* Support consolidation activities and statutory reporting requirements.* Work closely with senior management including the Financial Controller during monthend and quarterend close.* Proactively manage and resolve escalations from business partners in a timely manner.* Make sound decisions during challenging situations while maintaining service quality and business continuity.* Provide guidance coaching and mentorship to team members to help them achieve individual and team goals.* Collaborate crossfunctionally with other process towers such as AP AR and T&E to ensure endtoend financial Skills & Competencies:* Strong understanding of endtoend F&A / RTR processes.* Indepth knowledge of: * Monthend close * Account reconciliations * Financial reporting and analysis * Internal and external audits * Consolidation* Good working knowledge of upstream and downstream processes (AP / AR / T&E).* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Proven leadership capability with a track record of managing large teams.* Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results under Attributes:* Experience working in a global or shared services environment.* Ability to work effectively in US time zones.* Stakeholderfocused with high business acumen.
