Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to own endtoend employee lifecycle and early career programs while driving internal engagement initiatives. The role demands strong stakeholder management operational rigor and execution excellence across onboarding transitions and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Early Career Talent Lifecycle & Programs
- Drive early career programs (Interns Trainees Leadership programs) including selection reviews engagement and conversion outcomes
- Own endtoend onboarding induction and lifecycle management for early career cohort
- Ensure seamless joiner and exit experiences lifecycle governance documentation and system/process compliance
2. Capability Building
- Work closely with L&D and HR team to support capabilitybuilding programs in coordination with HR and business stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between field teams and central HR for training initiatives
3. Culture Building and Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives key organizational events and managing annual calendar events
- Review effectiveness of engagement initiatives and incorporate the feedback
4. Internal Communication
- Manage structured communication channels and ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field
3 years of experience in Talent Management / Early Careers
