Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary owner and SPOC for Grafana dashboards.
Ensure availability accuracy and performance of dashboards.
Monitor dashboards proactively and resolve issues promptly.
Perform bug fixes remediations and performance optimization.
Design develop and enhance dashboards based on business needs.
Refactor existing dashboards for better usability and scalability.
Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver dashboard enhancements.
Integrate Grafana with various data sources effectively.
Work as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
Work with Azure Databricks for data processing and support.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.

Mandatory skills

Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard development and maintenance
Expertise in dashboard troubleshooting refactoring and optimization
Experience working as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
Working knowledge of Azure Databricks
Experience with data visualization and monitoring best practices
Ability to handle production support issue resolution and stakeholder communication
