Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
- Promoting independence choice and wellbeing
- Supporting with daily routines meal preparation and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting access to the community and social activities
- Administering or prompting medication where required
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care full training will be provided.
You will be:
- Compassionate patient and empathetic
- Essential: Fluent Bengali speaker
- Reliable flexible and self-motivated
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Observant organised and able to follow care plans
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
