Male Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
• Promoting independence choice and wellbeing
• Supporting with daily routines meal preparation and household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting access to the community and social activities
• Administering or prompting medication where required
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care full training will be provided.

You will be:

• Compassionate patient and empathetic
• Essential: Fluent Bengali speaker
• Reliable flexible and self-motivated
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Observant organised and able to follow care plans
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
