Data Analyst (mfd)

About your Tasks

• Act as a contact point for CRM and marketing data topics and support stakeholder needs end-to-end
• Perform data and business analytics including customer segmentation forecasting and campaign evaluation
• Build and maintain data pipelines reporting structures and automated reports (R/Python Excel)
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and close collaboration with CRM and Commercial teams
• Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools (e.g. Azure/Databricks/dbt)

Qualifications :

About you:

• You bring solid experience in Data Science Data Analytics or Business Analytics ideally in a commercial or e-commerce environment
• You are confident working with Python R SQL and have experience with reporting and data pipelines
• You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and acting as a reliable transparent communication partner
• You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into business impact
• Experience with CRM or marketing analytics is a strong plus; exposure to tools like Azure/Databricks is beneficial
• A background in psychology biology or a related analytical field as well as German language skills are a plus
