Position Overview

As the Sr. Procurement Analyst youll drive strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings efficiency and strong supplier performance. This role leads RFPs RFQs and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Working cross-functionally this role aligns procurement strategies with business goals enhances processes and implements cost-reduction initiatives. The position also focuses on supplier relationship management performance tracking through KPIs and leveraging data analytics and spend analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with fleet management software Microsoft Excel Word and other MS Office Suite products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize various operational demands effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a team-player attitude and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories to drive cost efficiency quality and supplier performance
• Lead RFPs RFQs and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives process improvements and supplier consolidation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and innovation
• Develop and execute supplier evaluation and performance metrics to track KPIs such as cost quality risk and service levels
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations risk management and corporate governance policies
• Drive spend analyses benchmarking and strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve savings targets
• Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance and contractual obligations
• Optimize procurement policies procedures and tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies ethical sourcing practices and regulatory requirements
• Leverage technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and procurement processes

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
