Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and providing insights to support decision-making and improve our services. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Chicago office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on industry trends best practices and competitive landscape to inform business strategy and decision-making

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide support for projects and initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in research methods and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business economics statistics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a research or data analysis role

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SPSS or SAS
