Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research analyzing data and providing insights and recommendations to support our pediatric healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on pediatric healthcare trends best practices and advancements

- Collect and analyze data from various sources including patient records surveys and industry reports

- Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide support for ongoing projects

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate relevant findings into research projects

- Assist with the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures

- Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and findings

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure research objectives are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration public health or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a research or data analysis role preferably in the healthcare industry

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel SPSS or Tableau

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of pediatric healthcare trends and best practices is a plus
