Job Duties
- Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment
- Ability to work long hours while seated at a desk with multiple computer monitors
- Ability to work and communicate with others
Qualifications

- This is an entry-level position
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Windows MS Office and smartphone use and application
