Facility Services Dispatcher Part Time

Marsden Customer Care Facility Services Dispatcher

Shift: 2 Shifts available. Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm

Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm

Salary: 25.00/hr.

Location: Remote

Requirements/Qualifications:

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must be able to pass a background check.
• For safety reasons you must be able to speak English. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful.
• Experience in mechanical services or other related service industries preferred but not required.

Job Duties:

As you might expect processing dispatching and customer service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers work crews vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations
• Communicating customer requests immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors
• Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate
• Be able to work with supervisors to solve any customer requests
• Create and prepare and work orders
• Keeping and organizing work requests customer requests completed work requests charges for work performed expenses for services performed inventory records and other information
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Assist in ordering equipment and supplies
• This role will be customer-facing and will be communicating directly with Property Managers and Tenants.
