Jensen Hughes Inc. (Columbia MD) seeks Assoc. (Fire Bldg. Safety & Accessibility Analyst) to perform bldg. code & accessibility compliance. Reqs B.S./B.A. in Arch. or Arch.-Eng. 2 yrs. exp. incl. exp. using Intl. Bldg. Codes (IBC) or Intl. Fire Codes (IFC); 1 yr. exp. with architectural CAD or GIS mapping & 3D graphics programs; 1 bldg. code research bldg./zoning code compliance & report writing w/ integrated graphics; 6 mos. site assessment of construction projects. Client-facing position requiring strong English verbal & written comm. skills. Must pass situational awareness assessment & bldg. code analysis test if interviewed. Must provide 3 refs. as part of the application process. 10% domestic travel to unanticipated client sites approx. once per month as needed. Sal. range $82742- $95000; competitive total rewards package incl. retirement plan healthcare coverage.
