Position Summary

As aPowersports Sales Consultant you will help customers find the right motorcycle ATV scooters or UTV to match their lifestyle and needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fastpaced fun environment. Success in this role comes from product knowledge professionalism and a genuine desire to help customers make confident buying decisions.

What Youll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the powersports buying process

• Build relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and products

• Present features benefits and pricing confidently and accurately

• Coordinate test rides paperwork and vehicle delivery

• Work closely with finance parts and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Follow up with customers to build longterm relationships and repeat business

• Maintain knowledge of current inventory promotions and manufacturer offerings

• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals

• Represent Tom Wood Powersports with professionalism and integrity

What Were Looking For

• Previous sales or customerfacing experience (automotive or powersports preferred not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated goaloriented mindset

• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Passion for powersports is a plus
