We are seeking an exceptional SeniorDirectorwhowill lead Agile Development teamsandthriveon building innovative high-quality software solutions. Qualifications
Technical Leadership
Experience leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects (design implementation productionsupport).
Strong written/verbal communication; able to document decisions and influence technical direction.
Demonstrated mentorship and ability to raise engineering standards via reviews and guidance.
Technical Excellence
15 yearsof software engineering experience with a proventrack recordof delivering high-quality production-grade software
Deep architectural knowledgeof distributed systems microservices event-driven architectures and cloud-native patterns
Cloudexpertise particularly with AWS services (EC2 Lambda ECS/EKS RDS DynamoDB S3 CloudFormation/CDK etc.)
Quality-first mindsetwithexpertisein testing strategies (unit integration E2E) code reviews and continuous improvement
Platform Engineering Understanding
Strong understandingof platform engineering principles and their impact on software delivery efficiency
Experience working withCI/CD pipelines containerization and infrastructure as code to deliver software effectively
Ability toidentifybottlenecks in development workflows and propose platform improvements that accelerate delivery
Knowledge ofobservability monitoring and logging best practices to ensure system reliability
Understanding ofhow platform decisions affect developer experience deployment velocity and system maintainability
Experience collaboratingwith DevOps/Platform teams to implement solutions that balance developer needs with operational requirements
Technical Versatility
Language agnostic approachwithproficiencyin multiple programming paradigms (OOP functional reactive)
Experience across the stack- from frontend frameworks to backend services to data stores
Strong foundationin computer science fundamentals algorithms and data structures
Security-consciouswith understanding of secure coding practices and cloud security best practices

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $228000 - $342000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
